Meet LaNicia, a resident of Nehalem and the maker of cornbread so good that just one piece will never be enough. With that said, LaNicia is a cook and an amazing one at that. Her path crossed with Nehalem Valley Naturals when she was looking for some local collard greens and a friend suggested she visit my dad's stand. After LaNicia claimed Jesus Christ himself was in my dad's greens she offered to come cook some for my family and friends in our kitchen.
